Immediately after applying the patch, gently massage the area for about 20 seconds to ensure perfect adhesion to the skin. Leave the patch on for a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 24 hours as needed, then replace it with a new patch until the pain symptoms are completely relieved.\n\nDepending on the intensity of the pain and\/or as advised by a doctor, apply one or two patches, keeping them 1 to 2 cm apart.
