Therapeutic indications
- Active rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients
- Severe active polyarticular forms of juvenile idiopathic arthritis, when the response to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is inadequate.
- Severe, recurrent, and disabling psoriasis that does not respond adequately to other forms of therapy such as phototherapy, PUVA, and retinoids, and severe psoriatic arthritis in adult patients.
- Mild to moderate Crohn's disease, alone or in combination with corticosteroids, in adult patients who are refractory or intolerant to thiopurines.
