Instructions for use
After thoroughly washing and drying the painful area, remove the protective film from the pain-relief patch and apply the adhesive side directly to the skin. Immediately after applying the patch, gently massage the area for about 20 seconds to ensure perfect adhesion to the skin. Leave the patch on for a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 24 hours as needed, then replace it with a new patch until the pain symptoms are completely relieved. Depending on the intensity of the pain and/or as advised by a doctor, apply one or two patches, keeping them 1 to 2 cm apart. If the pain-relief patch is to be applied to joints with a wide range of motion, such as the elbow or knee, it is recommended to apply it while keeping the joint partially flexed.
